Hello peeps!today i want to share what i think is the perfect makeup to wear to the office.keeping it clean and simple is the way to go because you don’t want to be known for your dramatic, circus kind of makeup.I even think the reason why most men are conservative about makeup is because of the horrible things they’ve seen. But don’t be afraid to enhance your natural beauty with a little makeup. My advice is to chose earth tone colors especially for the eyeshadow.Avoid bright shades like ocean blue, silver, yellow and the likes,go for shades of brown and peach.Save the other colors for days out of the office. As for the lips,go for shades of red, plum and nudes.Avoid the likes of bright pink and orange.Below are pictures to show the before and after looks. My eyeshadow is a light shade of brown which goes well with my skin tone.I also used a liquid liner to define my eye….it makes me look like i have thick eyelashes which i love. You need to practice though if you’ve never used it before because it could be messy since its liquid.I will be doing a video soon on this, hope av been of help. Thanks for your time good day!
Things that you need:
*foundation,concealer,translucent powder,eyeshadow,mascara,eye linear,liquid eye linear and blush(optional)
see the difference the liquid linear makes?….got to love it
Finally!!!!my vision has been brought to life,an Ankara print wedge.I can’t even start to tell how long this journey has been for me.The first place i saw an Ankara print heel was in Aldo and thought i could get one custom made for me with the fabric and colors i wanted but boy didn’t i know i was in for a ride.I first bought the fabric because i thought it would be difficult to find a combination of the colors that i wanted till it was time to find the cobla……’fundi’ whaaaaaaat!!the first one said it wasn’t possible, second, third fourth…but i kept on telling myself there is someone out there who can do it….which didn’t happen. But in the process i came to learn that there are no tools and materials to make heels from scratch in kenya…so i had to find a wedge heel then transform it with the fabric.I was disappointed that our shoe industry is still so behind in this modern times which also meant we don’t have shoe designers out there. But looking at it from a positive side there is a gap to be filled…..that’s an opportunity right there. All in all i got my shoe done and i can brag and say am the only one with this shoe in the world..yeeeeeessssssss!!…my hustle did indeed pay off.If you need a custom made shoes let me know by leaving a comment below!!good day
September is here…..so far so good.I wanted to share the hair products that i have been using for a while now.sometime last year i cut my hair to have the rihanna look, but am over that,so am trying to grow it back.I shampoo my hair with l-oreal paris elvive full restore-5 shampoo.I in particular like the restore-5 from the range elvive has because it caters to the needs of ethnic African hair.It leaves the hair not only soft but it doesn’t tangle which most shampoos don’t have. After the shampoo,i use the nivea volume sensation which helps add volume to the hair…….really does wonders. Its good for people with less volumed hair or those who like big hair like me.I use the olive oil spray instead of the hair oils because i don’t like the way they smell and they collect a lot of dust too.check this products out,u won’t be disappointed. Thanks for your time.
